In a circle of women we are telling our own story through our body. We are working with our own space, boundaries and touch.

Awareness with ourselves and the other participants is highest priority. Again and again we are looking inward to get in touch with ourselves.

Unhealed aspects are allowed to come to the surface. Shadow work can happen. Together we are looking at old programs, traumas and blockages and start to get a sense of our true selves.

The mask vanishes and gives space for authentic being. A new way of looking at ourselves might occur and be tested. A new dynamic starts, which is leading more to our true self.

What is it, that I want to express in my life? Where is my potential of growth, and where can I develope more? How do I live the GODDESS in her wholeness?
