It's about the unfolding of the soul, surrendering to our feminine being, and our creative power.
Mindfulness towards oneself and the other participants is paramount. We will continually look inward and listen to our feelings.
On the path to self-efficacy and femininity, unhealed aspects may come to light, shadows may surface, and their energy may be transformed. Together, we will examine old patterns, traumas, and blockages and begin to feel who we truly are. We will reconnect with the primal source, Sophia, and our joy of life.
The masks will fall away, making room for our authentic selves. New experiences will be explored and tried out. A unique dynamic will emerge, a process that connects you with your own soul essence and soul resonance.
